Refund Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

If you don’t cancel within 24 hours after booking, most of our travel and associated goods, such as airline tickets, pre-paid car rentals, hotels, and holiday packages, are non-refundable. Calling our customer care hotline to start the cancelling procedure is a good place to start. We will process your claim for refund money eligibility after your official request has been accepted. This necessitates that your application comply with the following requirements:

If your booked ticket allows for cancellation and refunds, your refund request will be approved.

Your ticket has not been marked as a “no show”; and it has been cancelled at least 12 hours before the departure time.

We are unable to provide an estimate of how long the refund procedure will take and when the cash will appear in your account. You may always contact our customer service representatives to enquire about the status of your refund.

When we receive a formal request from you to begin the refund process, we will send you an acknowledgment email to let you know that your request has been submitted to the appropriate authorities. This acknowledgement does not imply that your refund request has been qualified.

After the official request has been received, the refund procedure usually begins within 4 business days. Furthermore, we urge that you contact your airlines for any further information you may want.

The service fees that are imposed in conjunction with flight bookings are non-refundable. It’s important to note that the vendors or aircraft operator would be the ones to initiate and then release your refund funds. If any penalty charges apply to your case, this amount will be removed from your refund.

Furthermore, the refund fee paid for processing your refund claim is determined on a case-by-case basis by the approved service provider (in this example, the airline operator) in accordance with the underlying regulations.

In terms of refunding the money, it will be sent to the same account that was used to pay for the tickets when they were purchased. You may contact our customer service representatives at any time to obtain timely updates on the reimbursement of your flight tickets.
